My name is Jeremy.

Prior to opening JP LAW: The Injury Attorneys, I was a Partner at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Atlanta. It was a grind: a fast-paced environment with large case loads. But I had the opportunity to help people from all walks of life, with all types and sizes of cases. I had the privilege of fighting large corporations and insurance companies to obtain multiple multi-million dollar recoveries for my clients, and for fairness in even the smallest of “fender benders.”​​

And in those fights, I learned something about myself: I took it personally when the insurance company messed with my client.​​​

I come from a family of immigrants: my father immigrated from Colombia, and my mother from the Philippines. I’ve seen them work hard to put food on the table, to provide for a better future for their kids. So when an insurance company tries to lowball a person just trying to provide for their family, I take it personally. ​​​When the insurance company said “No,” we said: “Sí, se puede” (Yes, we can)—because when we fight together, we win big.
